About The Enduring Leadership Project
Too many supervisors, not enough leaders. It’s a problem as old as time. Organizations from preschools to police departments face this challenge every day- how to prepare leaders to lead, to be ready for the moment when nothing but their best is needed. Our programs are designed to challenge and inspire leaders to lead with confidence. Here’s how we do it:

-
We connect history’s leadership lessons to today’s challenges. Studying history’s great leaders shows us what’s possible in our own world. We put participants in the shoes of some of those leaders at the key moments that shaped our world. They get the opportunity to discuss and decide how they would act in those situations and then get to explore the reasons for the leader’s decisions and consequences of their actions. We then connect these examples to their own leadership challenges. This provides participants numerous opportunities to think.
-
We focus on engagement, interaction, and shared discovery. The environment is alive with discussion, debate, and discovery. Groups must collaborate to solve problems, make decisions and implement strategies. This gives participants the chance to just talk.
-
We have fun. Learning is messy. Participants may find themselves moving, drawing, or building as they explore the day’s concepts. Our training, like leadership, is not a spectator sport. The day will be filled with opportunities to laugh.
-
We close with a commitment to growth. Learning shouldn’t stop when the training ends. We will leave participants with ideas and suggestions on next steps in their leadership journey. We will challenge participants to act.

So there you have it. Leadership development programs that encourage participants to think, talk, laugh, and act. We think it’s a formula that builds confidence and inspires greatness.
